The Subject Of This Order Includes The Implementation Of Activities For The Security Of The Properties Of The Tp Of The Noi, The City Of Stara Zagora, By Ensuring The Physical Presence Of Persons Qualified For This, Installation And Maintenance Of Alarm And Security Equipment, Control And Monitoring Of Built Systems For Fire Alarm, Video Surveillance And Access Control, And The Specific Requirements And Functional Characteristics Regarding The Performance Of The Service For Each Of The Properties Are Specified By The Contracting Authority In The Technical Specifications - Part Of The Documentation To Participate. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Activities Under A Pass-Through Mode In The Buildings Of The National Technical University Of The Russian Academy Of Sciences, Stara Zagora, Related To The Constructed Access Control System. The Actual Performance Of The Contract Begins After The Contractors Handover Of The Security Facilities To The Contractor. Handover Of The Objects For Security Is Carried Out With A Protocol Signed By Representatives Of Both Parties, Which Is An Integral Part Of This Contract. The Contractor Undertakes, From The Date Of Handover, To Provide Daily Security With Physical Force According To The Technical Specifications And Monitoring Of The Fire Alarm System, As Well As To Take Over The Security Of The Objects With The Alarm And Security Equipment And The Built Video Surveillance System.
