The Object Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Goods, Carried Out By Purchase, As Well As All The Necessary Preliminary Activities For The Use Of The Goods Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Civil Code. The Subject Of The Public Order Is The Purchase, Installation And Assembly Of Furniture For 25 Objects Of The Psychiatric Care System. The Financing Of This Public Procurement Is Provided Under Operational Agreement No. Spor-66/19.12.2022, Concluded Between The Ministry Of Health And The Ministry Of Finance, In Implementation Of Investment C12 I3: Modernization Of Psychiatric Care, Carried Out Under The Recovery And Sustainability Plan Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Scope Of The Following Activities: Delivery Of Furniture And Furnishings To 25 Sites Of The Psychiatric Care System; Assembly And Installation; Warranty Service
