The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Performance Of A Complex Hybrid Service Including Processing Of Personalized Data, Generation, Electronic Signature And Sending Of Electronic Invoices And Documents Through A Platform, Provision And Support Of An Electronic Archive System, Implementation Of Electronic Notification Campaigns, As Well As Printing, Folding, Enveloped And Delivery Of Messages And Invoices To End Users, And The Object - The Provision Of Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. The Description Of The Activities Included In The Scope Of The Order And The Requirements For Their Implementation Are Indicated In The Technical Specification, Published In The File Of The Same In This Electronic Platform. The Type And Approximate Volume Of Personalized Documents For Processing And Sending To Customers Is In Accordance With The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority, As A Result Of The Specific Nature Of The Order (Seasonality, Individual Needs Of Customers, Etc. Beyond The Control Of The Contracting Authority), An Option For Additional Activities In The Amount Of Up To 30% (Thirty Percent) Is Included In The Estimated Value Of The Same. The Exercise Of The Option Can Be Carried Out If Necessary, Related To The Real Operational Needs And Objective Circumstances, Without Changing The Type Of Service, The Technical Requirements Or Other Essential Conditions Of The Contract And Should Be Carried Out Within The Deadline For The Execution Of The Latter.
