The Designated Positions Assigned In This Order Are As Follows: Separate Item No. 6 – Organic Milk And Dairy Products – 1340.00 (One Hundred And Three Forty) Leva Without Vat Or 685.13 Euros Without Vat; Separate Position No. 7 – Organic Meat And Meat Products – 6126.50 (Six Thousand One Hundred Twenty-Six Bgn And Fifty Cents) Bgn Without Vat Or 3132.43 Eur Without Vat; Separate Position No. 8 - Organic Fresh Fruits And Vegetables - 1,575.00 (One Thousand Five Hundred And Seventy-Five) Leva Without Vat Or 805.28 Euros Without Vat; Separate Item No. 9 - Various Organic Foods - 605.00 (Six Hundred And Five) Leva Without Vat Or 309.33 Euros Without Vat. The Allocated Items Awarded Under This Order Have A Total Value Of Bgn 9,646.50 (Five Thousand Five Hundred And Fifty) Without Vat Or 4,932.17 Euros Without Vat, As It Is Clear That The Conditions Of Article 21, Paragraph 6 Of The Public Procurement Act Are Met, Namely - The Value Of Each Allocated Item Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464.00 And The Total Estimated Value Of The Allocated Items Awarded In This Way, Do Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of This Public Procurement. The Provision Of Art. 7, Paragraph 3 Of The Ppzop Cannot Be Fulfilled And In The Present Instructions, Decision And Announcement Of The Contracting Authority, The Unique Number In The Public Procurement Register Of The Awarded Independently Separated Position, As They Are Awarded By Direct Award Under Art. 20, Paragraph 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, For Which No Publication In The Rop Is Provided For.
