In The Present Procedure, The Participants Do Not Submit Bids For Special Item No. 2 Drone Delivery. The Procedure Applicable To Individual Item No. 2, According To Its Individual Estimated Value And The Object Of The Order, Is Direct Awarding According To Article 20, Paragraph 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act In Connection With Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Remaining Value Of The Order, Amounting To Bgn 34,222.50 (Thirty-Four Thousand Two Hundred And Twenty-Two Bgn And Fifty Cents) Excluding Vat, Is Awarded With The Present Procedure According To The Order Applicable To The Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Order And In Accordance With The Similar Costs Incurred, Namely: Through An Open Procedure. The Implementation Of The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Following Activities: The Delivery Of The Equipment Free Of Charge To The School Building; Assembly/Installation And Introduction/Commissioning, Incl. Setup, Configuration And Testing Of Equipment And Installation Of Software Products (Applicable To Software) Where Applicable; Training On The Operation Of The Equipment And Software Products Of Employees Of The Employer By Qualified Personnel Of The Contractor, Where Applicable; Warranty Service / Support / And Service Within The Warranty Period. A Detailed Description Of The Types, Quantities And Technical Characteristics Of The Equipment Subject To Delivery Is Contained In The Technical Specification, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.
