The Medical Equipment Of Mbal Nkb Ead, Object Of Maintenance Under The Order, Is Described In Detail As Name, Manufacturer, Brand, Model And Location Under The Corresponding Separate Items And Sub-Items To Them In Technical Annex No. 1 To The Technical Specification Under Item Ii Of Section I Of The Documentation For Participation In The Procedure, Which Is An Integral Part Of It, As: 1. This Part Of The Medical Equipment (These Separate Items And Sub-Items), For Which Subscription Is Entered In The Type Of Service Column In Technical Appendix No. 1, Is Subject To Subscription Maintenance (Prevention And Repair) Against Payment Of A Subscription Price. For This Equipment, In The Last Column Of Technical Annex No. 1, The Contracting Authority Has Indicated The Maximum Permissible Monthly Subscription Fee/Price For The Relevant Specific Item. The Specified Maximum Monthly Subscription Fee/Price Applies To The Total Value Of The Monthly Subscription Fees/Prices For Maintenance Of All Sub-Items Of The Item Designated For Subscription. In The Event That The Proposed Total Monthly Subscription Fee/Price Exceeds The Maximum Allowable, The Corresponding Proposal Is Removed As Non-Compliant With The Conditions Set By The Contracting Authority; 2. This Part Of The Medical Equipment (These Items), For Which Service Is Entered In The Type Of Service Column In Technical Appendix No. 1, Is Subject To Service (Prevention And Repair) - At The Request Of The Contracting Authority And Against Payment At The Cost Of The Man-Hours Of Labor Invested. With A View To Determining The Estimated Value Of The Order For These Specific Items, In Technical Appendix No. 2 To The Technical Specification Under Item Ii Of Section I Of The Documentation For Participation In The Procedure, Which Is An Integral Part Of It, An Estimated Number Of Man-Hours Of Service For The Period Of Execution Of The Order Is Described.
