The Order Includes Provision Of Licenses For The Right To Use And Support Anti-Virus Software, Detailed In The Technical Specification Of The Order (Appendix No. 2). The Execution Of The Order Is Subject To The Availability Of Financial Resources Of The Contracting Party, According To Art. 114 Of The Civil Procedure Code And Deliveries Are Performed After A Written Request Of The Contracting Authority. The Order Includes 900 Pcs. Licenses And Has A Term Of 24 Months. An Option To Extend The Licenses Under The Contract For An Additional 12 Months Is Included. This Option Is Activated In The Absence Of A New Contract With The Same Subject, Concluded Under The Terms And Conditions Of The Ppa Within The Initial Period Of 24 Months. This Hypothesis Is Described Identically In Both The Options Section And The Renewal Section. The Estimated Value Of The New 12 Months Is ½ Of The Originally Planned Term Of 24 Months, As Described In Sections Ii.2. Description From The Public Procurement Notice. Estimated Value Of The Order Is Bgn 255,300 (Eur 130,532.82) Excluding Vat For 24 Months. The Total Estimated Value Is Bgn 382,950 (Eur 195,799.23) Excluding Vat For 36 Months.
