The Requirements For The Content Of The Activities Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Specified In The Technical Specification Attached To The Bill Of Quantities. As Of The Opening Date Of The Procedure, No Funding Has Been Secured, Therefore, It Is Being Conducted In Accordance With Art. 114 Of The Civil Code. Submitted Offers Will Be Considered In Accordance With Art. 181, Para. 2 Of The Civil Code And Art. 61 Of Ppzop.
