In Fulfillment Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Expected To Carry Out The Following Activities: - Development Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase, According To The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4/21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects. The Investment Project Must Comply With The Current Legal Documents, Regulations And Standards. The Scope Of The Investment Project Depending On The Type, Purpose, Size And Location Of The Designed Object And The Requirements To The Design Solutions, And Includes The Relevant Project Parts, According To Art. 3, Para. 1 Of Regulation No. 4/21.05.2001, Detailed In The Technical Specifications, Part Of The Participation Documentation, For Each Specific Position - Author Supervision During Construction, Including: - Monitoring The Accurate And Correct Implementation Of The Investment Project Approved By The Contracting Authority - Advising The Contracting Authority On The Necessity And Expediency Of The Requested Or Necessary Changes To The Approved Investment Project - Carrying Out Inspections Regarding The State Of The Construction And Giving Decisions Regarding The Problems That Arose During The Construction, In Connection With The Implementation Of The Investment Project, Such As In The Event That A Given Problem Cannot Be Solved Immediately On Site, Assuming The Obligation To Carry Out The Necessary Studies And Offer The Relevant Solutions - Giving, If Necessary, Written Instructions For The Accurate And High-Quality Implementation Of Smr And Making Technical Decisions That Do Not Lead To Changes To The Project And The Type Of Materials Used. - Assisting The Contracting Authority In Drawing Up Acts And Protocols In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 Of 31.07.2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction - Exercising Control Over The Compliance Of The Materials And Products Used In The Construction, According To The Requirements Of The Ordinance On The Essential Requirements For The Constructions And Assessing The Compliance Of The Construction Products. - Signing Of All Acts And Protocols Issued During Construction And Necessary To Assess The Quality Of The Works Performed. - Assisting The Contracting Authority In Preparing The Executive Documentation And Other Technical Documentation During Construction. - Assistance Of The Contracting Authority In Taking Measures To Remove Objections, If Any Are Found, In Drawing Up Protocol Amendment 15, According To Art. 176 Zut And Follow-Up To Remove Defects That Have Appeared.
