The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Assembly Works In Connection With The Implementation Of An Investment Project For A Site: Construction Of A Rooftop Photovoltaic System (Pec) With A Capacity Of 30 Kw For The Production Of Electricity For Own Needs With Local Facilities For The Storage Of Electricity For A Building Located In Upi Viii-220 In Quarter 23 According To The Plan Of The Village Of Skalitsa, Tundzha Municipality. The Building, Located In Upi Viii-220 In Quarter 23 According To The Plan Of The Village Of Skalitsa, Tundzha Municipality, Is Connected To An Existing Electricity Distribution Network With Itn 2908869 And Presented Power Of 35 Kw. The Point Of Connection To The Electricity Distribution Network Is The Tepo Electricity Meter Board, Powered By The Ok-4, Tp 1, Ext. Botevo, Yambol Substation, The Location Does Not Change. The Photovoltaic Installation (Pec) Will Be Connected To The Existing Main Distribution Board (Grt Building) Of The Branch Of Csmp - Yambol, Skalitsa Village, Tundzha Municipality. There Is No Change In The Connection Conditions (Supplied Power, Number Of Phases And Voltage Level). Photovoltaic Systems That Will Be Delivered And Installed Are Only For Own Consumption With A Maximum Permissible Power Of 30 Kw, With Supplemental Energy From The Network, Accumulators (Batteries) And Devices That Do Not Allow The Return Of Electrical Energy To The Network. An Investment Project Has Been Prepared For The Site In The Following Project Parts: Electrical Part And Construction Opinion Part, And Building Permit No. 183 Dated 10/22/2025 Has Been Issued. The Developed Project For The Site, The Subject Of The Order, Is Vi Category, According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 6 Of Zut And Art. 12 Of Ordinance No. 1 Of July 30, 2003 On The Nomenclature Of Construction Types. The Same Will Serve As Basic Documentation For Implementation. The Contractor Should Perform The Activities Included In The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Investment Project, Which Contains Detailed Information On The Method Of Implementation, Using The Specifically Proposed System And Its Components, Method Of Installation, Incl. Drawings Of The Layout Of The Modules, Electrical Diagrams, Grounding And Lightning Protection, A Diagram Of Connecting The Individual Elements To Each Other, As Well As To The Communication Devices. * All Types And Amounts Of Construction And Assembly Works Included In The Subject Of The Order Are Detailed/Specified In The Investment Project, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.
