Supply Services Of Personnel Including Temporary Staff – Hiring Port Service - Bridge Keepers. The Underlying Tender Relates To The Hiring Of Bridge Keepers And The Hiring Of Nautical Traffic Controllers. The Port Office Employs 15 Bridge Keepers Who Are Able To Handle Most Of The Services Outside The Sailing Season. In Order To Properly Accommodate Peak Loads And The Sailing Season, There Is A Need To Contract A Reliable Partner Who Is Able To Fill In The Hours In Addition To The Permanent Occupation. The Sailing Season Runs From April 1 To October 31, With July And August Being The Absolute Peak Load. In Order To Do This In The Most Predictable Manner Possible, Two Types Of Services Have Been Specified In The Program Of Requirements: • Requirement 2 Specifies A Fixed Part Of The Assignment In Which The Contractor Is Responsible For The Supply Of Bridge Keepers For One Day Shift, And If The Schedule Provides For It, One Evening Shift For The Inner City Bridge Series For All Days (Including Weekends And Public Holidays) Between April 1 And October 1. • Requirement 4 Specifies A Flexible Part Whereby The Contractor Is Responsible For Completing The Schedule, For The Benefit Of Bridge Keepers And Nautical Traffic Controllers, In Accordance With The Procedure In Requirement 5. The Basic Principle Here Is That All Requested Hours Are Completed, Especially In The Period When The Peak Load Is Highest. The Number Of Hours For 2026 Is Estimated At 3,641 Hours. To Take Changes Into Account, The Maximum Value Of The Agreement (Above Which The Framework Agreement Loses Its Effectiveness) Is Set At 150% Of The Financial Estimate, Which Amounts To €650,500 X 150% = €975,780.
