The Subject Of The Public Order Development Of Project Documentation For The Construction Of A Multi-Functional Building With Accommodation Capacity For Members Of The Izs And With A Departure Base Of The Prague Ambulance Service, Ul. Kotevní, Prague 5 Is: • Development And Updating Of All Necessary Survey Work; • Preparation Of A Construction Study; • Preparation Of Documentation For The Issuance Of A Permit For The Intention To Remove The Structure In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 184 Of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, As Amended And In Accordance With Other Applicable Regulations, Incl. Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., On Construction Documentation; • Engineering (Procurement) Activity For Issuing A Decision – Permission To Remove The Building In Accordance With The Building Act; • Preparation Of Documentation For The Issuance Of Planning Permission In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 184 Of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, As Amended And In Accordance With Other Applicable Regulations, Incl. Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., On Construction Documentation; • Engineering (Procurement) Activity For Issuing A Decision – Building Permit In Accordance With The Building Act; • Processing Of Documents For Construction Assignment In The Form Of Design + Build; • Performance Of Copyright Supervision During Construction In The Sense Of § 161 Paragraph 2 Of The Construction Act. A More Detailed Specification Of The Required Performance Is Given In The Document Detailed Requirements Of The Customer For The Subject Of The Contract (Appendix No. 4 Zd). A Contract For The Processing Of Documentation For The Construction Of A Multi-Functional Building With Accommodation Capacity For The Members Of The Irs And With The Exit Base Of The Medical Ambulance Service Of The City Of Prague Will Be Concluded With The Selected Supplier (Appendix No. 3 Zd, Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Contract).
