The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Services In Organizing A Study Visit To Spain (Region: Andalusia) With The Participation Of Employers Participating In The Project Entitled Eures - International Support For Wielkopolska Employers And Substantive Employees Dealing With Labor Market Issues. Deadline For The Study Visit: April 2026 (16Th Or 17Th Week Of 2026) Duration Of The Study Visit: 4 Days (Including The First And Last Day For Travel And 2 Days For The Implementation Of The Substantive Program). The Study Visit Must Be Carried Out On Working Days (Monday To Friday), On The Date Agreed With The Ordering Party. Number Of People Participating In The Study Visit: 20 People The Main Goal Of The Study Visit Is To Enable Employers From Greater Poland To Establish Direct International Contacts With Institutions, Foreign Entities And Job Seekers, Including Poles Returning To The Country And Foreigners Interested In Taking Up Employment In Poland. The Organization Of Study Trips For Employers From Greater Poland Is Aimed At Increasing Their Knowledge Of Foreign Labor Markets, Strengthening Competitiveness And Increasing The Chances Of Finding Suitable Candidates For Employment In Poland. Contacts With Foreign Institutions Dealing With Local Labor Market Issues And Activities Aimed At Reducing Unemployment Should Be Taken Into Account. During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Must Select Such Tools And The Method Of Execution Of The Order That Will Lead To The Full Achievement Of The Objectives Of The Study Visits. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Development And Implementation Of The Study Visit Program, 2) Providing Transport, 3) Ensuring Reservation And Purchase Of Airline Tickets, 4) Providing Accommodation And Meals, 5) Providing Staff (Translation And Care Services During The Entire Visit), 6) Providing Insurance, 7) Providing Information Materials.
