The Object Of The Procurement Is The Cleaning Work Of Ventilation Ducts And Equipment Of Properties Under The Management Of Porvoo City Office Services - Ventilation Ducts And Equipment Cleaning Work With An Hourly Charge (Ceiling Price) - Cleaning Work Of Ventilation Ducts And Equipment Performed As A Fixed-Price Contract. The Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Customer. The Framework Contract Supplier Does Not Have The Exclusive Right To Produce The Service That Is The Subject Of Procurement. The Customer Will Select Five (5) Suppliers For The Framework Arrangement, If A Sufficient Number Of Acceptable Offers Are Received. With Regard To Items Implemented As Fixed-Price Contracts, The Customer Organizes The So-Called Mini-Competition Among All Framework Contract Suppliers. These Items Are Done In Accordance With The Yse 1998 Contract Terms As Fixed-Price Total Contracts, Including All Work And Materials. In The Scope According To The Projects Contract Documents. A Mini-Competition Among The Framework Contract Suppliers Is Organized Annually For The Items That Are Marked For The Year In Question In The Pts Plan Drawn Up By The Customer For Ventilation Cleaning And Adjustment Works. Hourly Prices Are Used For Other Unforeseeable Cleaning Work According To The Customers Needs (E.G. Areas With Indoor Air Problems). Regarding Work Performed At Hourly Rates, The So-Called Ceiling Price Principle. The Offered Ceiling Price May Not Be Exceeded Without The Customers Written Consent. A Possible Exceeding Of The Ceiling Price Must Be Notified To The Customer With Reasons As Soon As The Matter Is Known To The Supplier. For Cleaning Works Carried Out With An Hourly Charge, The Object Is First Offered To The 1St Selected Supplier. If The Supplier Is Unable To Accept The Task, The Item Will Be Offered To The 2Nd Selected Supplier, Etc. The Choice Is Also Influenced By The Contractual Partners Ability To Carry Out The Work According To The Schedule Planned By The Customer. The Projects Are Of Different Types In Terms Of Content, Size And Costs. For All Sites, The Customer Does Not Have Complete Ventilation Plans. The Scope Of Work Based On Time Billing Is Defined On A Project-By-Project Basis. Regardless Of The Framework Arrangement, The Customer Can Still Request Total Price Contract Offers For The Ventilation Cleaning Work Of The Selected Sites Separately. The Framework Contract Supplier Has The Right To Participate In These Tenders.
