The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply, Transport, Assembly, Installation And Handover Of Furniture Elements (Hereinafter Referred To As Goods) Intended For Furnishing The Premises Of The Public Contracting Authority. Delivery Of Goods To Individual Rooms, Removal And Disposal Of Packaging Material And Delivery Of Goods To The Extent Specified In These Tender Documents And Their Appendices Are Part Of The Performance. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of The Delivery Of: A) Typical Furniture Elements, I.E. Mass-Produced Interior Furniture And B) Atypical Furniture Elements Made To Measure According To Project Documentation. Part Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Also The Delivery And Integration Of Control Systems, Power Supply And Control Of External Blinds / Blinds In Office Cells. A Detailed Specification Of Furniture Elements, Including Numbers, Dimensions, Material Design And Technical Requirements, As Well As A Detailed Specification Of Blinds / Blinds, Is Given In: • Attachment No. 10 Tender Documents – Measurement Report • Attachment No. 11 – Project Documentation, • Attachment No. 12 – Technical Parameters. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To: • Adjust The Number Of Individual Pieces Of Furniture In The Range Of ± 20% At The Time Of Concluding The Contract, • Order Additional Quantities Of The Same Type Of Furniture At The Unit Prices Specified In The Offer Of The Successful Bidder.
