A Minimum Of 4 Subsequent Contracts And A Maximum Of 20 Subsequent Contracts Will Be Concluded. Frequency Of Awarding Subsequent Contracts: Minimum 1/Year; Maximum 5/Year. The Award Of Subsequent Contracts Is Done Without Resuming The Competition. The Estimated Total Value Of The Framework Agreement Is 3,646,383.32 Lei Without Vat. The Minimum Total Value Of The Framework Agreement Is 289,310.25 Lei Without Vat. The Estimated Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract That Is Anticipated To Be Awarded During The Framework Agreement Is 1,056,173.90 Lei Without Vat; The Estimated Value Of The Smallest Subsequent Contract That Is Expected To Be Awarded During The Framework Agreement Is 2,000.00 Lei Without Vat. The Estimation Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be Requested During The Entire Framework Agreement, As Well As The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be The Subject Of A Single Subsequent Contract Among Those To Be Awarded During The Framework Agreement Are Provided In The Appendices Made Available By Contracting Authority In The Award Documentation Section - In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Specifications.
