Works For Complete Or Part Construction And Civil Engineering Work – Design Services For The Preparation Of Technical Documentation For The Authorization Of The Execution Of The Construction Works, Organization Of The Execution Of The Works, Technical Execution Project + Execution Details, Provision Of Technical Assistance From The Designer, As Well As Execution Of Construction Works + Related Equipment Objective Construction Of The Pecica Fire Brigade Subunit Within The Isu Arad. In Order To Fulfill The Objectives Of The Contract, The Bidder Is Obliged To Include The Following Activities: Stage Of Elaboration Of The Technical-Economic Documentation At The Technical Project Stage, Stage Of Carrying Out All The Works Related To The Investment Objective, Completion Of The Investment Objective And Reception At The End Of The Works, Stage Of Guaranteeing The Works. The Proposed Investment Is Represented By The Construction Of Two Adjoining Building Bodies, With The Functions Of A Special Car Garage And An Administrative Pavilion. The Garage Will Have A Height Regime The High Ground Floor, With A Built/Undeveloped Area Of 241.00 M2 And A Minimum Free Height Of 4.50M, Is Designed With Three Boxes For Housing Special Vehicles. The Administrative Building Will Have A P+1 Height Regime, With A Constructed Area Of Sc=175.00 Sq M And A Developed Area Of Sd= 350.00 Sq M. The Property Is Located In Pecica, Str.
