Architectural Services For Outdoor Areas – Wohnquartier Nord, Hugo-Köcke-Weg, Westerland/Sylt - Property Planning Services For Outdoor Areas, Lph. 1-9 According To §§ 38 Ff. Hoai. The Planned Property Is Located On The Eastern Edge Of The Town Of Westerland, The Capital Of The Island Of Sylt, And Covers An Area Of ​​Approx. 37,726 Square Meters, Bordered To The West By Wenningstedter Weg, To The North By Bahnweg, To The South By Friesische Straße And To The East By A Mixed-Use Development. The Planned Property Includes Todays North Residential Area Consisting Of 10 Buildings With 120 Residential Units That Were Built In The 1960S, To The East Of The Property Of The Former Site Administration, 2/3 Of Which Has Already Been Demolished, And In The Northern Area Of ​​The Property, An Existing Administration Building Is Currently Still Used By The Municipal Administration.
