The City Of Lohja Requests Your Offer For The Maintenance, Repair And Installation Of The Street Light Network In The Core Lohja Area! The Lighting Areas Are Marked On The Attached Maps. The Total Number Of Lamps Is Around 10,000. The Contract Period Is 2026-2027 And Possible Options Are 2028 And 2029. The Work Includes The Works According To The Appendix. The Materials Are Supplied By The Customer. The Contractor Picks Up The Materials From The Customers Warehouse At Levysepäntie 10, 08150 Lohja. Dismantled Material Owned By The Customer Is Also Delivered To Levysepäntie Sorted For Storage Or As Waste. The Customer Is Responsible For Waste Fees. The Contractor Must Document The Work Performed In Either The Electronic System Specified By The Customer Or On Paper Maps Within One Month After Each Work And Deliver Them To The E-Mail Address Specified By The Customer. The Functional Condition Of The Lighting Must Be Checked After Installation. The Work Will Be Carried Out Between 1 January 2026 And 31 December 2027. The Estimate Of The Amount For A Single Year Is 1/2 Of The Total Amount. The Duties Include A Maintenance Tour Performed 3 Times A Year! The Tour Takes Place In August-September, November-December And January-February. The Service Round Must Be Done When The Lights Are On In November-December And January-February! In August And September, The Lights Are Turned On For The Inspection Tour! Inspection Rounds Continuously On Consecutive Days! 1-3 Framework Contract Operators Are Selected As Service Providers. Priority Is Not Used, But Actors/Actors Are Chosen According To The Discretion Of The Customer And The Situation, Depending On The Resources Of The Service Provider At The Time Of Need! The Customer Reserves The Right To Tender Separate Street Lighting Contracts Separately!
