Electricity - Selection Of A Supplier Of Active Net Electrical Energy And Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group For Sites On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Varbitsa. Delivery Of Active Net Electrical Energy And Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group For Sites On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Varbitsa. The Estimated Amount Of Electrical Energy That Will Be Supplied For The Duration Of The Contract Is Determined On The Basis Of The Energy Consumed In The Previous 12 Months, Adjusted For Any Changes In The Amount That Could Occur In A Period Of 12 Months After The Award Of The Order. The Estimated Quantity Of Delivered Net Active Electrical Energy For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Varbitsa For A Period Of 12 (Twelve) Months Is About 671.80Mwh. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Is Indicative And Serves Only As Information For The Purposes Of This Order, And Does Not Commit The Employer To Use It. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Necessary Amount Of Electricity For The Needs Of The Contracting Authority, Per Day, Per Month And For The Entire Period Of The Contract. During The Term Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Add New Objects And/Or Separate (Expropriate) Existing Ones, Reserving The Right To Change The Estimated Quantity In A Positive Or Negative Direction According To The Arising Need, Without Incurring Sanctions For This. Basic Requirements. According To The Scope Of The Present Procedure, The Participant Should Provide The Contracting Authority With The Supply Of Low-Voltage Net Electricity And The Selection Of A Balancing Group Coordinator Under The Conditions Of A Liberalized Market, Consumption Forecasting And Balancing Responsibility. The Price Must Include Net Electricity, Balancing Costs And Costs Of The Participant For The Provision Of The Described Services. The Contracting Party Will Not Pay A Fee For Participation In A Balancing Group. In Case Of Electrical Energy Imbalances, The Same Should Be At The Expense Of The Contractor.
