The Following Services Are To Be Awarded: - Property Planning For Buildings (Service Phases 1 - 9 In Accordance With Hoai § 34 In Conjunction With Appendix 10) - Including Demolition Planning; - Remediation Of Pollutants [Existing Buildings] (Service Phases 2 - 8 Based On Hoai § 34); - Outdoor Facility Planning (Service Phases 1 - 9 In Accordance With Hoai § 39 In Conjunction With Appendix 11); - Structural Planning (Service Phases 1 - 6 In Accordance With Hoai § 51 In Conjunction With Appendix 14, Including Structural Fire Protection) - Including Demolition Statics; - Technical Equipment (Service Phases 1 - 9 According To Hoai § 55 In Conjunction With Appendix 15, System Groups 1 - 8); - Building Physics - Thermal Protection And Energy Balancing (Performance Phases 1 - 7 According To Hoai Annex 1); - Building Physics - Building Acoustics / Sound Insulation (Service Phases 1 - 7 According To Hoai Annex 1); - Building Physics - Room Acoustics (Performance Phases 1 - 7 According To Hoai Annex 1); - Fire Protection Planning Based On Aho Issue No. 17; - Ecological Construction Support; - Drainage Planning. As Part Of Service Phase 2, Different Designs And Different Energy Standards Must Be Considered With Regard To Construction And Follow-Up Costs. The Client Reserves The Right To Have The Measure Implemented As A Contract Award With A Functional Service Description. The Performance Phases Of The Basic Services Are Then Reduced Accordingly.
