Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services - Realization Competition For The Expansion Of The Phoenix-Gymnasium In Dortmund-Hörde - Property Planning For Buildings/Interiors And Property Planning For Outdoor Areas. The Following Services Will Be Awarded: The Following Planning Services Should Be Commissioned - In Whole Or In Part - Unless There Is An Important Reason Preventing The Commissioning: (1) Property Planning Buildings And Interiors In Accordance With Section 34 Hoai (Hz Iii), Service Phases 1 To 4 In Full And Service Phases 5 And 6 Proportionally. (2) Property Planning For Outdoor Facilities In Accordance With Section 39 I. V. M. § 40 Hoai (Hz Iii), Service Phases 1 To 4 In Full And Service Phases 5 And 6 Proportionally. (3) Specialist Planning For Structural Planning In Accordance With Section 51 Hoai (Hz Iii), Service Phases 1 To 4 In Full And Service Phases 5 And 6 Proportionally. (4) Specialist Planning Of Technical Equipment In Accordance With Section 55 Hoai (Hz Ii), System Groups 1 To 8, Service Phases 1 To 4 In Full And Service Phases 5 And 6 Proportionally. (5) Specialist Planning/Consulting Services For Building Physics In Accordance With Appendix 1.2 Hoai (Hz Ii/Iii) In The Areas Of Thermal Insulation And Energy Balancing (Appendix 1.2.3), Building Acoustics (Appendix 1.2.4) And Room Acoustics (Appendix 1.2.5), Each Service Phases 1 To 4 As Well As 5 And 6 Pro Rata. (6) Fire Protection Consulting Services In Accordance With Aho Issue No. 17 (As Of December 2022), Service Phases 1 To 5. The Services Are Awarded In The Form Of A Step-By-Step Contract.
