Modular And Portable Buildings – Installation, Rental With Option To Purchase Modular Half-Board At Charles Sénard College, And Related Services. The Contract To Be Concluded Is A Contract With Optional Installments Within The Meaning Of Articles R.2113-4 To R.2113-6 Of The Public Procurement Code (Ccp). This Contract Will Consist Of One (1) Firm Tranche And Four (4) Optional Tranches. The Optional Installments Relate To The Extension Of The Rental Period, The Purchase Of The Half-Board Solution And Its Withdrawal. The Maximum Duration Of The Firm Tranche Is 48 Months. All Tranches Combined, The Maximum Forecast Duration Would Be 85 Months. The Contract Will Take Effect From Its Notification Date And Will End Upon Payment Of The Balance. Concerning Execution Times, An Optimization Proposed By The Candidate Who Becomes Holder Over The Initial 12 Months Up To 8 Months Could Be Applied (Including The Processing Time For Urban Planning Authorizations Fixed At A Flat Rate Of 5 Months). If The Holder Manages To Save Time Over This Forecast Period According To The Terms Indicated In His Technical Report, He Will Benefit From A Daily Bonus Of 100 Euro(S) Net Of Tax Per Calendar Day Saved Over The 12 Months Initially Planned. This Optimization Is Capped For A Gain Of 4 Months Over The Initial Period
