Background The Power for Food Partnership Programme, implemented by EPD and partners, promotes regenerative agriculture and productive use of renewable energy (PURE) across Rwanda. The programme aims to enhance food systems resilience, improve farmers livelihoods, and scale renewable energy solutions for agricultural value chains. Energy Private Developers (EPD), as a partner within the Power for Food Partnership, seeks to strengthen public awareness on the nexus between renewable energy and agriculture. To achieve this, EPD intends to produce a 23-minute radio sketch (short radio drama) that conveys the benefits of renewable-energy-powered farming solutions and regenerative practices to farmers and other agricultural stakeholders. 2. Strategic Alignment This assignment contributes to the Power for Food Partnerships LearnLinkLeverage pathways by enhancing farmers knowledge (Learn), strengthening linkages between renewable-energy providers and agri-food value chains (Link), and leveraging partnerships and finance for scaling regenerative agriculture solutions (Leverage). Scope of Work The selected service provider will: Develop a 23-minute storyline and script highlighting renewable-energy use in farming. Integrate key behavioural-change communication principles aligned with the Learn LinkLeverage framework. Portray realistic farmer characters and local success stories to inspire peers. Record, edit, and master the sketch in broadcast-quality audio (MP3/WAV). Provide short promotional versions (3060 sec) if requested. Deliver final products ready for airing on radio and digital channels. 5. Target Audience Primary: Farming practitioners (smallholder and cooperative farmers, youth and women agripreneurs). Secondary: Renewable-energy suppliers, agricultural cooperatives, local leaders, financiers, and extension agents who influence technology adoption. 6.
