The University Of Turku Requests Bids For The Implementation Of Cleaning Services For The Next Contract Period. This Replaces A Previously Published, Discontinued Procedure. The Subject Of The Procurement Is Maintenance Cleaning Services, Periodic Cleaning Work And Additional Cleaning Services For Properties And Premises Used By The University, Designated By The Turku Campus Or Other Customer. The Current Items Are Shown In More Detail In The Attachments. The Turku Campus Cleaning Area Includes The Buildings And Other Objects Located On The Turku Campus And Its Surroundings, Where The University Of Turku Is Responsible For Organizing Cleaning Services. The Bidder Must Submit A Bid For The Entire Area. In The Competition, One Supplier Is Sought To Produce The Cleaning Services According To The Request For Tenders At The Locations Indicated By The Customer Under Competitive Conditions. Changes May Occur In The Premises During The Contract Period And The Units May, Regardless Of The Reason, Have To Move Temporarily Or Permanently To Another Similar Premises In The Cleaning Area Or Nearby, In Which Case The Cleaning Services Must Also Be Able To Be Produced In New Locations Indicated By The Customer Under Competitive Conditions. The Information May Differ Somewhat, E.G. From The Base Image Data. To Ensure The Comparability Of The Offers, The Offer (Requested Unit Prices) Is Made Based On Excel Data. The Actual Square Footage With Cleanliness Levels Will Be Updated To Correspond To The Start Of The Contract Period. Appendix 4 Describes The Special Needs Of Some Buildings And/Or Premises, Which The Service Provider Must Take Into Account Separately. Appendix 1A Contains The Clarifying Questions Asked During The Previous Competition And The Answers Given To Them. The Answers Specify The Requirements Of The Tender Request And Will Also Be Taken Into Account In This Competition. The Aim Is To Put The Agreement Into Effect From May 1, 2026, From Which The Selected Service Provider Will Take Care Of The Cleaning Of The Sites In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Request For Tenders At Competitive Prices And Conditions. However, The Timing Depends On The Total Duration Of The Competition. The Anticipated, Non-Committal Value Of The Procurement For An Indefinite Contract, Calculated In Accordance With Section 30 Of The Procurement Act, Is Six (6) Million Euros Vat 0%.
