The Subject Of The Public Contract In Applied Research And Innovation Is To Obtain Proposals For Solution Methods And The Projects Own Solution, In The Form Of Management Of Innovation Partnership For Services In Applied Research Or Innovation. The Project Has The Attributes Of Applied Research Or Innovation. The Subject Of The Solution Is Materially Defined As The Project Framework In Appendix No. 1 Of The Zd. The Purpose Of This Public Contract Is To Find The Most Suitable Solution Within The Phases Listed Below, Through The Conclusion Of A Contract For The Provision Of Support According To The Zpvv, On The Basis Of Which A Maximum Of 3 Participants Will Process The Project Solution/Proposal. A Separate Contract Will Be Concluded With Each Participant. Subsequently, In The Relevant Phase Of The Innovation Partnership, The Number Of Participants Will Be Reduced To One Participant, With Whom A Contract For The Provision Of Support Will Be Concluded, The Subject Of Which Will Be The Creation Of A Solution That Resulted From The Previous Phases Of The Innovation Partnership.
