The Purpose Of This Procedure Is The Acquisition Of An Integrated Digital Platform For The Nucet Commune, Within The Framework Of The South-Muntenia Regional Program 2021-2027 Project Rso Specific Objective 1.2 - Capitalizing On The Advantages Of Digitization, For The Benefit Of Citizens, Companies, Research Organizations And Public Authorities. The Need To Purchase This Platform Was Determined By The Desire To Ensure, In Optimal Conditions, The Provision Of The Public Service And To Facilitate Citizens Access To Local Administration Services, Through A Unitary Effective Digitalization Solution. The Platform Will Support Both Public Authority Staff And Citizens By Simplifying And Streamlining Administrative Processes. The Supply Contract Involves The Delivery, Installation, Configuration And Training Of Personnel For The Efficient Use Of The It Platform, Necessary For Carrying Out The Specific Activities Of The Local Public Administration In Nucet Commune. In This Sense, The Contract Will Include At Least The Following Components, Products And Ancillary Activities: ● The Products And Services Specified In The Specifications; ● Delivery, Installation And Configuration Of Products At The Headquarters Of The Contracting Authority And, As The Case May Be, At The Headquarters Of Its Subordinate Structures, As Well As Staff Training, If Necessary; ● Ensuring The Guarantee For The Software Applications Provided, For The Entire Duration Of The Contract, In The Delivery Locations; ● Assistance With Managing Orders And Resolving Complaints Or Other Requests Regarding The Implementation Of The Contract
