Office Automation Software Package – Supply Of Software And Associated Services For The Department Of Yvelines And The Department Of Hauts-De-Seine. This System Aims To Meet The Common Needs Of The Two Communities In Terms Of Software Acquisition, Maintenance And Support, Technical Support, While Taking Into Account The Specificities Specific To Each Organization. The Scope Of The Contract Includes: 1/ The Supply Of Software Necessary For The Computer Parks Of The Department Of Yvelines And The Department Of Hauts-De-Seine, Including: - Software Updating And Support; -License Rental. 2/ The Provision Of Associated Services, Including In Particular: -The Optimization Of Licenses And Acquisition Methods; -Software Installation Assistance; -Writing Documentation; -The Intervention Of Specialized Profiles (Licensing, Networks, Telecommunications, Integration, Databases); -The Provision Of A Dedicated Extranet For Each Of The Communities, Training Activities. The Detailed Description Of The Services Appears In The Special Clauses Of The Contract. As Coordinator, The Department Of Yvelines Is Responsible For Leading The Award Procedure. Regarding The Execution Of Services, Each Member Of The Group Will Execute The Framework Agreement For The Part Corresponding To Its Needs. The Contract Is A Framework Agreement With Single-Award Purchase Orders Concluded For A Firm Period Of Four Years From April 21, 2026 Or Its Notification Date If This Is Later. The Contract Is Not Renewable. The Contract Is Concluded For The Following Minimum And Maximum Amounts Over The Total Duration Of The Contract: For The Department Of Yvelines: Minimum Amount: 8,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax And Maximum Amount: 35,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax For The Department Of Hauts-De-Seine: Minimum Amount: 10,000,000 Euro(S) And Maximum Amount: 60,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Either In Total: Minimum Amount: 18,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax And Maximum Amount: 95,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax
