Dec 2025 Students Transportation The buses will transport students from the public schools to Nour 2 School at the end of the school day. Upon completion of the Retention Support Program, the buses will transport each student back to their residence. Terms and Conditions: 1.Safety & Security Requirements 1.1.Vehicle Safety Features: Each vehicle provided must meet the following criteria: Good Mechanical Condition: Vehicles must be regularly serviced and maintained in optimal working conditions. Provide proof of regular maintenance and inspection reports. Secured Seating Arrangement: All seats must be securely fastened to the vehicle with adequate spacing for student comfort. Safety Locks on Doors: All doors must have functioning safety locks, preventing unintended opening during transit. Fire Extinguisher: A fully charged fire extinguisher must be available and easily accessible in every vehicle. First Aid Kit: Each vehicle should be equipped with a comprehensive first aid kit that is easily accessible. Emergency Exits and Markings: Vehicles must be equipped with clearly marked emergency exits and evacuation plans. 1.2.Driver Safety and Qualifications: All drivers must meet the following requirements: Valid and Current Drivers License: Drivers must hold a valid commercial drivers license (CDL) with an appropriate class for the type of vehicle they operate. Background Check: All drivers must undergo a background check, including criminal history and driving record. First Aid and CPR Certified: Drivers should be certified in basic first aid and CPR training.Training in Child Safety: Drivers must have specialized training in child safety protocols, including safe boarding and disembarking procedures. 2. Vehicle Specifications 2.1. Vehicle Type Air-Conditioned Buses: All vehicles must be air-conditioned to ensure comfort for students, particularly in warmer climates. Spacious Seating: Seats should be spacious, allowing for comfort during the entire duration of travel. Age of Vehicles: Vehicles should not be older than 15 years to ensure they meet current safety standards. 2.2.Accessibility Wheelchair Accessibility: At least one vehicle in the fleet should be equipped with a wheelchair ramp or lift, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations for students with disabilities. 3. Legal and Compliance Requirements Legal Documentation: The transportation provider must possess all necessary legal permits to operate a commercial passenger transport service. Insurance Coverage: The transportation provider must have comprehensive insurance coverage that includes: Vehicle insurance Liability insurance Passenger accident coverage Compliance with Local and National Laws: The provider must comply with all local, state, and national regulations regarding student transportation. Service Standards and Operations Timeliness: The transportation service must adhere to strict punctuality, ensuring students are picked up and dropped off on time. Communication: The provider must offer a direct line of communication for emergency situations, delays, or changes to the schedule. Driver Conduct: Drivers must exhibit professional conduct, including a respectful attitude toward students and school staff. Vehicle Cleanliness: Vehicles must be clean and well-maintained both inside and out, with no hazards (e.g., broken windows, exposed wiring). JRS Terms & Notes The quotation should be in a sealed envelope; any unsealed envelope will be ignored. The service should be conformed to the required specifications. The quotation is presented in USD. The account is paid according to the number of actual journeys/rides. Fees: JRS will pay an amount per one student in exchange for transporting students daily from Monday to Friday, after accomplishing the work and submitting official invoice by the end of each month The number of students with each driver will be determined by transportation lists that will be submitted from the school administration. The calculation is based on the number of actual JRS working days. Payment: Direct Fresh Transfer from JRS account to the supplier bank account where transfer fees should be covered by the supplier (the issuing bank, the correspondent bank and the receiving bank). The driver and company ensure to maintain the safety of students and to observe security and public safety conditions. According to above terms the quotation must include the following details: JRS RFQ reference number. Letter head of the supplier with name, address, and phone number Supplier Form Details of items and their Specifications. Signed and Stamped by the Supplier. Quotation Validity. Payment terms. Price and any discount terms, if applicable. A copy of registration in the ministry of finance. A copy of the bus card proving its registration in the country and a copy of the insurance file.
