Tenders are invited for Consultancy for Transboundary Asian Elephant Monitoring through Camera Trapping and Capacity Building in the Eastern Plains Landscape 4. Timeline The consultancy is expected to run from December 2025 to June 2026, with the final report and result sharing delivered by the end of June 2026. 5. Budget The consultant shall submit a detailed financial proposal outlining the costs for the entire consultancy. The budget should be broken down by key activities (e.g., SOP development, training, data analysis, reporting, etc.). 6. Payment Schedule Payments will be linked to the approval of key deliverables, as follows: 30% upon contract signing and submission of the Inception Report & Draft SOP (Expected December 2025). 50% upon successful completion of the training workshop and submission of the Finalized SOP and Survey Design (Expected January 2025). 20% upon submission and approval of the Final Technical Report and delivery of the workshop presentation (Expected June 2026) 7. Submission of Proposal Interested consultants or firms should submit a proposal that includes: 1. A technical proposal describing the methodology and work plan for achieving deliverables. 2. A detailed CV of the lead consultant(s), demonstrating significant experience in camera trap studies, elephant ecology, and individual identification. 3. Examples of similar previous work, preferably in a transboundary or Asian elephant context. 4. A detailed financial proposal, as specified in the Budget section.
