Tenders are invited for Procurement of Civil Works and its Auxiliary Structures, Supply, Laying, Installation of Pipes and Fittings, Design Review, Supply and Installation of Electromechanical Equipment of Ebala-Adilo Town Water Supply System Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Monday to Friday during office working hours 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM at the address below. Bidders must register in person before the deadline for submission of the bid document Procurement of Works. Bidding will be conducted through open national Competitive bidding (OCBN) and is open to all eligible bidders using the standard bidding document. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below before or on 15 January 2026 by 10:00 AM. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on 15 January 2026 at 10:30 AM. 7. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security for ETB 1,600,000.00 (one million six hundred thousand only) or equivalent in freely convertible currency in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee or CPO in the name of the Ministry of Water and Energy. The bid security shall be valid for twenty-eight days (28) beyond the end of the validity period of the bid. The client reserves the right to accept or reject the bid partially or totally. 8.
