The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Construction Works Related To The Construction Of The Sports And Entertainment Hall At The Syrenka Stadium In Warsaw, Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Volume Iii Swz. The Basis For Developing The Documentation Is Indicated In The Fup. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of Works Performed On The Basis Of The Ordering Partys Decisions, Which Will Be Undertaken As A Result Of The Technical Solutions Proposed By The Contractor. The Scope Of Design And Construction Works Should Be Consistent With The Ffu. The Subject Of The Order Includes Obtaining The Necessary Declarations, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Necessary To Carry Out And Complete The Construction, Including Submitting Applications And Notifications And Obtaining A Building Permit And An Occupancy Permit. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Is To Design Communication Infrastructure On The Premises, Including Access Roads, Entrances, Walkways And Sidewalks, Maneuvering Areas And Traffic Organization If Required Based On The Arrangements.
