The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide The Service Of Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Living In The Commune And To Operate A Stationary Selective Waste Collection Point (Pszok). 4.2. The Approximate Amount Of Municipal Waste That The Ordering Party Expects To Be Collected From Owners Of Residential Properties And From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point During The Contract Implementation Period Is Approximately 1,285.5 Mg. The Above-Mentioned Amount Of Waste Should Be Taken Into Account When Calculating The Contractors Price Offer. The Amounts Of Waste Provided By The Ordering Party Are Estimated Amounts. The Ordering Party Does Not Guarantee The Above. Amount Of Waste During The Term Of The Contract. The Contractor Undertakes To Collect And Manage The Actual And Actual Amount Of Waste. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 433 Points 4) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Informs That The Minimum Value Of The Service Is 50% Of The Quantity Referred To In The First Sentence. 4.3. If The Ordering Party Fails To Exercise The Option Right, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. If The Ordering Party Exercises The Option Right, The Contractors Contractual Obligation Is To Perform The Service Within The Scope Covered By The Option Right. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Exercise The Option Right Multiple Times After Completing The Basic Scope Of The Order - But Until The Maximum Scope Of The Option Right Is Exhausted. An Order In Excess Of The Option Law Requires A Change To The Contract. Activating The Option Will Not Require Changing The Contract. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor In Writing About The Activation Of The Option In The Form Of A Unilateral Declaration Of Will.
