1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In Providing Employees Of The Academy Of Physical Education. Polish Olympians In Wrocław Have Access To Sports And Recreational Facilities In Poland And To A Digital Platform For Non-Wage Benefits.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz And In The Annexes Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz, In Particular In Accordance With Annex No. 2 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex No. 3 To The Swz Template Of The Contract Specifying The Scope And Conditions Of Service Provision.
