The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Food Products For The Local Government Kindergarten In Szczerców In The Assortment Specified In Annex No. 2 - Assortment And Price Form, Divided Into Parts: Part 1 - Dry And Other Food Products (Cpv Code: (15400000-2, 15800000-6) Part 2 - Frozen Fish, Frozen Vegetables And Fruits (Code Cpv: 15221000-3, 15220000-6, Cpv: 15331170-9)Part 3 – Vegetables And Fruits, Eggs (Cpv Code: 15300000-1, Cpv: 03142500-3)Part 4 – Meat And Meat Products (Cpv Code: 15110000-2, Cpv: 15130000-8)Part 5 - Bread, Fresh Bakery Products (Cpv: 15811000-6)Part 6 - Dairy Products (Cpv: 15500000-3)2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers For All Product Groups. The Offer Form Must Be Completed For Each Product Group.3 Subject Of The Order, Were Determined On The Basis Of Last Years Needs And Will Be Used Only For Comparison And Evaluation Of Offers. The Ordering Party - Despite Exercising Due Diligence, Due To The Nature Of Its Business - Reserves The Right To Implement A Changed Number Of Individual Items. The Actual Quantities Of The Ordered Items Will Depend On The Needs Reported During The Duration Of The Contract And Will Be Settled According To The Unit Prices Specified In The Offer Subject Of The Order: 1) Each Product Will Be Manufactured In Accordance With The Act On Nutrition And Food Safety And The Regulations Issued On Its Basis; 2) Each Product Will Be Manufactured In Accordance With The Ghp, Gmp Quality Standards Or The Haccp System; 3) Each Product Delivered Should Be 1St Class, Compliant With The Polish Standard; 4) At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present An Appropriate Certificate Of Compliance With The Polish Standard For Each Product; 5) The Vehicle In Which The Food Will Be Delivered Must Have A Decision Of The State District Sanitary Inspectorate Confirming Compliance With The Conditions For The Hygienic Transport Of Specific Products (Food Products, Vegetables, Fruit, Eggs, Meat And Cold Cuts, Etc.);6) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request An Appropriate Document At The Time Of Delivery Of The Products.5. Each Package Of A Particular Product Must Contain The Following Data: 1) Name Of The Food, 2) Data On The Ingredients Present In The Food, 3) Date Of Minimum Durability Or Use-By Date, 4) Identification Data Of The Manufacturer Of The Food, 5) Data Identifying The Country In Which The Food Was Produced, 6) Net Content Or Number Of Pieces Of The Food In The Package, 7) Storage Conditions, If Its Quality Depends On Storage Conditions, 8) Designation Of The Production Batch, 9) Commercial Quality Class.
