The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Adapting The Building To Fire Protection Regulations. And To Meet The Needs Of Disabled People, 2) Landscaping, Including The Construction Of A Strip Around The Building And A Fire Route, 3) Thermal Modernization Of External Partitions, 4) Modernization And Construction Of New Internal Installations (Electricity, Central Heating, Water And Sewage, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Sound System) And Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation, 5) Replacement Of Internal And External Joinery, 6) Renovation Of The Sports Hall And Social And Locker Room Areas, 7) Modernization Of Sports Stands, 8) Adaptation Of The Space Under The Stands, 9) Delivery And Installation Of New Sports Equipment.
