Task No. 1. Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of Primary School No. 1 In Ząbkowice Śląskie Based On The Pfu - Improvement Of Energy Efficiency Through Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of Primary School No. 1 In Ząbkowice Śląskie For All Construction Works Planned In The Pfu, The Required Decisions, Resolutions, Opinions And Consents, Arrangements, Etc. Must Be Obtained, And The Contractor Will Independently Decide On The Type Of Formal And Legal Documents Necessary To Obtain And Which Works Require Obtaining A Building Permit, Which Are Exempt From The Obligation To Obtain It And For Which There Is An Obligation To Notify The Works. In Particular, The Contractor Will Obtain All Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions Required Under Polish Law, Necessary To Perform Construction Works, Launch And Commission The Facility. The Contractor Of The Task, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Is Also Obliged To: - Carry Out A Local Inspection Of The Facility, Assess The Technical Condition And Inventory Of The Electrical And Heating Installations To The Extent Necessary For Modernization, - Commission The Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes, - Obtain Approval From The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments, - Obtain Arrangements With The Network Managers, - Order An Expert Opinion On The Technical Condition To Be Prepared By A Person With Appropriate Authorization, - Make Arrangements With The Ordering Party. Concept Of All Material Solutions As Well As Types And Types Of Devices (Written Approval Of The Ordering Party Is Required), - Submitting To The Competent Office A Complete Application For A Building Permit Or Notification Of Construction Works And Obtaining A Valid Consent To Commence Construction Works, Appropriate For The Application, If Necessary, - Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works, - Transporting Construction Waste And Dismantled Devices (After Consultation With The Ordering Party) To A Licensed Landfill Municipal,  Delivering And Installing All Necessary Devices And Equipment,  Carrying Out Acceptance, Commissioning And Training Of Staff,  Preparing All Protocols Necessary To Report The Completion Of Construction Works To The Construction Supervision Inspectorate Or, Possibly, Obtaining A Permit To Use The Facility In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Construction Law,  After Completing The Construction Works, To Prepare And Provide The Ordering Party With As-Built Documentation And An Energy Performance Certificate. In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Prepare An Area Development Plan On A Current Map For Design Purposes Accepted Into The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resource To The Extent Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit Or Report Works - Perform A Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory - Develop A Construction Opinion Regarding The Strength Of The Roof, Ceiling And Load-Bearing Walls - Develop A Schedule For Planned Power Outages. - After Completing The Construction Works, To Pr
