The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Maintenance, Current And Major Repairs In 2026 In Properties Managed By Bytomskie Mieszkanie In The Following Industries: General Construction, Installation (Water Supply, Sewage, Gas, Central Heating) And Electrical Installation.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Successive Performance Of Construction, Installation (Water And Sewage, Gas, Central Heating) And Electrical Installation Works In Common Parts Of Buildings And Common Elements Of Buildings As Well As Their Surroundings, Based On Orders. The Purpose Of The Order Implementation Is To Ensure The Safe Use And Proper Operation Of The Property And To Maintain The Property In A Non-Deteriorated Technical Condition In Accordance With Its Intended Use.3. The Works That Are The Subject Of The Contract Include The Activities Listed In The Regulation Of August 16, 1999 Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration On The Technical Conditions For The Use Of Residential Buildings (Journal Of Laws No. 74, Item 836, As Amended), As Follows: A) Maintenance, I.E. Performance Of Works Aimed At Maintaining The Technical Efficiency Of Building Elements; B) Current Repairs, I.E. Periodic Renovations Of Building Elements Aimed At Preventing The Effects Of Wear And Tear Of These Elements And Keeping The Buildings In Good Condition. Proper Technical Condition;C) Major Repairs, I.E. Renovations Involving The Replacement Of At Least One Element Of The Building, I.E. Activities Aimed At Ensuring Normal Conditions Of Use Of The Facilities And Protecting Them Against Excessive Wear, As Well As Activities Aimed At Removing Identified Damages And Supplementing Deficiencies That Could Pose A Threat To Life Or Health And The Safety Of Property Or The Environment.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz - Bill Of Quantities And Annex No. 1.2 To The Swz - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works.5. The Ordering Party In Connection With Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Provides For The Right Of Option.
