1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders In Their Place Of Residence, Clients Of The Social Services Center In The City And Commune Of Skarszewy, In An Estimated Amount Of 2,948 Hours, In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. 2. The Services Referred To In Section 1 The Contractor, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Will Provide Services On Working Days And Public Holidays (Saturday, Sunday And Holidays) 7 Days A Week.3. The Number Of Hours 2948 Given In Point 1 Is An Estimate, The Number Of Services Provided Is An Estimated 245 Hours Per Month For An Average Of 4 People In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. The Number Of Hours May Change Because It Cannot Be Determined Precisely Due To The Specificity Of The Order, Which Is Characterized By Variability Of Needs Due To The Changing Health Condition And Life Situation Of People Requiring Help. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reducing Or Increasing The Number Of Hours Of Specialized Care Services Provided To People With Mental Disorders, Depending On The Actual Needs And Financial Possibilities. The Remuneration Due To The Contractor Will Be Determined Based On The Gross Price Of 1 Hour Of Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders Given In The Offer. Changes In The Number Of Hours And Reduction Of The Contract Value Do Not Require An Annex To The Contract. As Part Of The Offer Price, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Entire Number Of Hours Ordered. The Contractor Is Entitled To Remuneration For The Number Of Hours Of Services Actually Provided And Will Not Make Any Claims Regarding The Implementation Of The Remaining Part Not Ordered By The Ordering Party.4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended), The Regulation Of The Minister Of Social Policy Of September 22, 2005 On Specialized Care Services (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 816), As Well As In Accordance With The Contemporary Technical Knowledge And Applicable European Standards Ensuring Safe And Hygienic Working Conditions. The Contractor Must Demonstrate Appropriate Preparation And Qualifications To Provide Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders.5. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders Who, Due To Age, Illness Or Other Reasons, Are Unable To Meet Their Daily Needs, Hygienic Care, Care Prescribed By A Doctor And Ensure Contacts With The Environment, As Well As For People Who Require The Help Of Other People And The Family Cannot Provide Such Help.
