The Scope Of Work Includes Performing Electrical Works Ordered By The Ordering Party: Current Repairs, Troubleshooting, Maintenance, Inspections, Electrical Measurements, Modernizations. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Electrical Installations, Cable Lines, Lightning Protection Installations, Power Generators, Control Cabinets, Cable Connectors, Transformer Station, Electrical Devices, Power Supply And Control Of The Technological Line Of The Sorting Hall, Pumping Stations, Power Supply And Control Of The Stabilization Installation Biodegma, Gear Motors, Air Handling Units. Place Of Work: Municipal Waste Disposal Plant Rudno Rudno 17, Iława Transfer Station, Lipowiec Transfer Station, Półwieś Transfer Station. The Contractors Obligation Is To Maintain The Electrical Installations And Devices In Proper Condition And Ensure Their Proper Operation. The Contractor Will Perform All Work Related To The Subject Of The Order At The Request Of The Ordering Party After Prior Agreement On The Date Of Completion Of The Work. The Costs Of Travel To The Ordering Partys Facilities Are Borne By The Contractor. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Issue An Invoice For The Activities Performed Based On The Prepared Cost Estimate And Report. The Cost Estimate Must Include A List Of Materials With Prices And An Hourly Rate For The Service Performed. In The Event Of Sudden Failures That Cause Downtime In The Plants Technological Line, The Contractor Will Remove Them As Soon As Possible, But No Later Than 3 Hours. After Reporting A Failure. If The Contractor Is Unable To Arrive On The Scheduled Date, He Will Appoint A Replacement Company That Will Repair The Failure. The Contractor Will Dispose Of The Replaced Defective Parts And Materials Resulting From The Implementation Of The Agreement At Its Own Expense.
