1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Pharmaceutical Services Provided By Zod Fregata Sp. Z O.O. And Running And Managing The Pharmacy Department In The Scope Of: 1) Organizing Work In A Way That Ensures Continuity Of Work Of The Pharmacy Department In Accordance With The Needs Of The Plant, In Consultation With The Staff; 2) Running Warehouses Of The Pharmacy Department - Including, Among Others, Medicines, Dressing Materials, Disinfectants; 3) Organizing The Supply Of The Pharmacy Department With Products, Including Medicinal Products And Medical Devices, On The Basis Of Contracts Concluded By Zod Fregata Sp. Z O.O. Contracts And Demand For Medicines From Outside The Institutes Formulary At The Request Of Medical Staff, Keeping Their Records In The It System And Cooperating With Suppliers To The Extent Necessary To Implement This Contract,4) Verifying Invoices And Bills Issued By Suppliers, In Accordance With The Instructions In Force In The Plant In This Respect;5) Proper Storage Of Products Received In The Warehouse;6) Securing And Monitoring Proper Storage Conditions Of Medicinal Products And Medical Devices, Including Refrigerators For Storing Medicines;7) Issuing Medicines, Medical Devices And Other Products To The Departments Of The Plant, Based On The Received Demand;8) Preparing Monthly Reports On The Receipt And Dispensing Of Medicines, Dressing Materials, Disinfectants And Other Products;9) Monitoring And Checking The Departments First Aid Kits For Proper Equipment;10) Coordinating The Activities Of The Pharmacy Department, Doctors, Nurses And Representatives Of Other Medical Professions In Terms Of Guaranteeing The Safe Use Of Medicinal Products And Medical Devices In The Plant;11) Ordering, Recording And Dispensing Narcotic Drugs And Psychotropic Substances To The Departments Departments In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions; 12) Participating In Monitoring Adverse Drug Reactions; 13) Preparing And Reporting To The Public Procurement Department A Description Of The Subject Of A Public Procurement For Drugs, Medical Devices And Other Products With Estimated Quantity And Value; 14) Monitoring The Implementation Of Contracts For The Supply Of Drugs, Medical Equipment, Dressing Materials, Disinfectants; 15) Verification And Updating At Least Once A Year, The Institutions Formulary;16) Other Activities Related To The Supervision Of The Management Of Medicinal Products And Medical Devices At The Ordering Party.
