1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Kr1/Sp1 Class Protective Vests For Members Of The Emergency Medical Services In The Bielsko Emergency Medical Service In Quantities Of 104 Sets. (Kr1/Sp1 Vest - 1 Piece, Set Of Protective Inserts 1 Set) With The Parameters And Requirements Specified In Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. The Vests Will Be Brand New, Free From Defects And Intended For Use In Accordance With Their Intended Purpose.3. The Ordering Party Requires That Ems Members Be Offered Protective Vests Of Class Kr1/Sp1, Meeting The Requirements Of The Pn-V-87000:2011 Standards Or Equivalent In At Least Class K1 And Hosdb 2017 Or Equivalent At Least At The Level Of Kr1 - Knife Resistance And Sp1 - Resistance To A Spike Or Nij Std 01 115.00 Or Equivalent At A Minimum Level. 1 For The Impact Energy Of The Knife And Skewer In The Value Of 24J.4. A Contractor May Submit Only One Offer. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Before Initiating The Procedure, The Ordering Party Analyzed The Validity Of Dividing The Subject Of The Contract Into Parts. In The Ordering Partys Opinion, Dividing This Order Into Parts Is Pointless. The Scope Of The Order Justifies Awarding The Contract To One Contractor. Dividing The Contract Into Lots Would Be Artificial And Irrational. It Should Also Be Noted That The Decision Not To Divide The Contract Into Parts Does Not Violate The Principles Of Fair Competition And Does Not Impede Access To The Contract For Entities From The Sme Sector.5. The Contractor Will Provide Protective Vests In The Quantity And Size Consistent With The Table Below: Size Waist Circumference (Cm) Number Of Vests 1046. If The Swz (Or Annexes To The Swz) Indicate The Origin Of The Materials (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Product) Or The Subject Of The Order Is Described By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, It Should Be Assumed That In Such A Case They Are Accompanied By The Phrase Or Equivalent, And The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials Or Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Ensure Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Established In Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove That The Offered Products Are Equivalent And Meet The Requirements Described In The Swz. The Contracting Authority Shall Not Reject A Tender Solely Because The Supplies Offered Do Not Comply With The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems To Which The Description Of The Subject-Matter Of The Contract Refers, Provided That The Contractor Proves In The Tender, In Particular By Means Of Evidence In Question, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject-Matter Of The Contract.7.
