Task I - Preparation And Delivery Of Meals For The Social Welfare Home White Kamień Senior Home. The Subject Of The Order Is The Daily Preparation And Delivery Using The Contractors Own Transport Of Meals For A Maximum Of 30 Residents Of The Social Welfare Home To The Premises Of The Ordering Party. Under The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide: 4 Meals A Day For Residents With A Basic, Gastric Ulcer, Dairy-Free, Liquid Diet (Breakfast, Two-Course Lunch, Afternoon Snack, Dinner) And 5 Meals A Day (Breakfast, Second Breakfast, Two-Course Lunch, Afternoon Snack, Dinner) For Residents With Diabetes. Deliveries Will Be Provided Daily, I.E. From Monday To Sunday, Based On Menus Prepared And Submitted To The Ordering Party By The Contractor. It Is Estimated That A Total Of Approx. 44,895 Meals Will Be Served During The Contract.
