The Subject Of The Contract Is To Provide The Ordering Party With Repair And Maintenance Services Of Catering And Refrigeration Equipment. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The List Of Catering Equipment And Refrigeration Equipment In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 3 To The Swz And In This Specification Of Terms Of Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Contract And The Swz. The Option Right Is Up To 150% Of The Value Of The Basic Order - The Option Right Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz In §5.
