4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Food To The Municipal Care And Education Complex In Kurzętnik In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Order Is Divided Into 8 Parts. A Detailed List Of The Assortment Has Been Written On The Assortment And Price Forms, Annexes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 Of The Order, Along With A List And Quantities For Individual Schools, Divided Into 8 Parts Of The Order: Part I Miscellaneous Food Products - Annex No. 14.4 The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of Goods Free From Defects. If The Contractor Notifies The Ordering Party That The Quality And/Or Quantity Of The Delivered Articles Is Not Consistent With The Order Placed (The Goods Are Defective), The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Correct Article(S), I.E. Free From Defects, Within 2 Hours Of The Ordering Partys Notification (In Writing Or By E-Mail Or By Phone Or In Person Based On A Written Protocol). 4.5 The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Goods To The Ordering Partys Headquarters Using Its Own Transport, At Its Own Expense And Risk, And To Respond Flexibly To The Increased Or Decreased Needs Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Given Product Range Or The Entire Delivery. 4.6 The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor While Performing The Subject Of The Order. 4.7 Deliveries Will Be Made In Batches, In Connection With The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Demand Will Be Notified By Telephone Or E-Mail By An Authorized Employee No Later Than The Day Before The Day Of Planned Deliveries.
