The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Funeral Services To Persons Who Died In The Municipality Of Częstochowa, For Whom The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Częstochowa, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Municipalitys Own Mandatory Tasks, Is Obliged To Arrange A Funeral, In Accordance With Art. 17 Section 1 Point 15 And Art. 44 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Journal Of Laws 2025.1214, Consolidated Text) And With Resolution No. 280.Xxvi.2025 Of The Częstochowa City Council Of November 20, 2025 On Determining The Method Of Organizing A Funeral By The Częstochowa City Commune. The Ordering Party Anticipates That A Maximum Of 62 Funerals Will Be Carried Out During The Order Execution Period, Including: 1) 15 Traditional Funerals Of Adults Or Children Over 6 Years Of Age; 2) 41 Urn Funerals Of Adults Or Children Over 6 Years Of Age In A Common Grave (Brick Grave) Located At The Municipal Cemetery In Częstochowa; 3) 1 Traditional Funeral Of A Child Under 6 Years Of Age Or A Fetus; 4) 4 Urn Funerals Of A Child Up To 6 Years Of Age 6 Years Of Age Or Fetus In A Common Grave (Brick Grave) Located At The Municipal Cemetery In Częstochowa;5) 1 Funeral Of Human Remains.
