The Subject Of The Order Is Hoteling, Providing Care For Homeless Animals From The Dmosin Commune, Taking Actions Leading To The Adoption Of Hoteled Animals And Catching In The Period January 1, 2026. Until December 31, 2026. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Trapping And Transport To The Animal Shelter Run By The Company. Each Individual Task Involving Catching An Animal Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Reports Made By An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party In An Estimated Number Of 12 Pieces; 2) The Contractor Will Take Over The Care Of Stray Animals Located In: A) Zakład Uwiedź Miejski Sp. Z O. O. With Its Registered Office In Skierniewice At Ul. Sobieskiego 75A, Shelter At Ul. Pamiętnej 16, 96 - 100 Skierniewice, 12 Pieces. List Of Animals In Annex No. 3 To The Swz;3) Admission To The Shelter Run By The Contractor Of Animals Caught In Accordance With Point 1), If Necessary, Marking Them With A Chip, Inspecting Their Health Condition And Performing Procedures Related To Admission To The Shelter, In Particular Deworming, Obtaining A Health Book, Vaccination And Subjecting Quarantine, Sterilization And Castration After The Expiry Of The Quarantine Period; 4) Ensuring Food And Care (Including Veterinary Care) For Homeless Animals From The Dmosin Commune During The Term Of The Agreement Under The Conditions Specified In This Agreement And The Legal Provisions Applicable In Connection With The Implementation Of This Agreement; 5) Conducting Active Activities Aimed At Putting As Many Hoteled Animals As Possible For Adoption Under The Conditions Specified In This Agreement And Assuming A Minimum Level Of Adoption Resulting From The Criteria Evaluation Of Offers And Provisions Of The Contract. It Is Expected That A Maximum Of 24 Animals Will Stay In The Shelter At The Same Time, And The Expected Average Annual Stay Of One Animal In The Shelter During The Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be 214 Days.
