The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of Performing Tasks Related To The 24-Hour Restoration Of Road Safety Conditions, Consisting In Cleaning The Road Lane To Restore Its Previous Condition After A Road Incident In The Area Of: National, Provincial, District, Municipal And Internal Roads Located In The Municipality Of Włocławek, Which Are Administered By The Municipal Roads And Greenery Administration In Włocławek. The Order Includes: 1) Scope Of The Task: A) Securing And Appropriate Marking Of The Incident Site; B) Sucking Out Operating Fluids Spilled On The Road As A Result Of An Accident; C) Collecting Non-Biodegradable Solid Residues From Vehicle Equipment Scattered On The Road; D) Washing The Surface With A Solution Of Water And An Ecological Surfactant Or A Biological Agent Causing Particle Decomposition Of The Hydrocarbon Partial Chain; E) Taking Actions To Remove Spilled Or Spilled Loads Carried By Road Users; F) Collecting And Temporarily Storing The Collected Liquid And Solid Substances And Transferring Them For Disposal; G) Securing The Road Infrastructure Damaged As A Result Of The Incident And Reporting The Situation To The Management Board In Order For The Owner Of The Infrastructure To Take Corrective Actions And Seek Compensation For Damaged Property On Its Own; H) Preparing A Report From The Scene Of The Incident, Including Photographic Documentation; I) Notifying The Relevant Services About The Completion Of Clean-Up Works On The Road.2) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Exclusion Of Services Related To Tidying Up - Restoring The Road To The Previous Condition After A Road Incident And As Such It Does Not Contradict And Does Not In Any Way Affect The Ordering Partys Obligations Arising From Contracts Concluded With Other Entities For The Provision Of Roadway Cleaning Services.3) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Take The Actions Referred To In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order After Receiving A Telephone Notification From The Ordering Party, The City Guard, The Police, The Fire Department;
