Subject Matter Of The Order The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Uninhabited Properties And Cemeteries Under The Permanent Management Of The Municipal Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnych And Mieszkaniowej In Lubaczów In 2026. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specifying The Type Of Waste, Places Of Collection, Frequency Of Collection, Number And Size Of Containers Are Specified In Annex No. 4 To Swz 3. Waste Management: 1) Collected Mixed Municipal Waste Should Be Transferred Directly Or Through Another Waste Collector To Municipal Installations That Have Been Put Into Operation And Have The Required Decisions Allowing Waste Processing Referred To In Art. 35 Section 6 Point 1, Subject To Art. 158 Section 4 Of The Waste Act. Pursuant To Art. 35 Section 6 Point 1, A Municipal Installation For The Processing Of Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste Or Residues From The Processing Of This Waste Must Be Specified On The List Referred To In Art. 38B Section 1 Point 1, Meeting The Requirements Of The Best Available Technique Referred To In Art. 207 Of The Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2001, No. 62, Item 627, As Amended), Or The Technology Referred To In Art. 143 Of This Act. Taking Into Account The Hierarchy Of Waste Management Methods, The Contractor Will Transfer The Waste To The Nearest Places Where It Can Be Processed. The Name Of The Installation Will Be Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer. 2) The Collected Bio-Waste Should Be Transferred Directly Or Through Another Waste Collector To Installations Ensuring Bio-Waste Processing That Meet The Requirements Specified In Legal Regulations, Which Have Been Put Into Operation And Have The Required Decisions Allowing Waste Processing. The Contractor, Taking Into Account The Hierarchy Of Waste Management Methods And The Best Available Technique Referred To In Art. 207 Of The Environmental Protection Law, Or The Technology Referred To In Art. 143 Of This Act, Will Transfer The Waste To The Nearest Places Where It Can Be Processed. The Name Of The Installation Will Be Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer. 3) Separately Collected Municipal Waste Should Be Transferred Directly Or Through Another Waste Collector To Waste Recovery Or Neutralization Installations, In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy Referred To In Art. 17 Of The Waste Act And In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations. The Contractor Is Responsible For Proper Waste Management In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Contractor Will Indicate The Names Of The Installations In The Offer. 4) The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Proper Management Of The Collected Waste In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations.
