The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The School Complex No. 2. Jarosław Iwaszkiewicz - Vocational And Continuing Education Center As Part Of The Task: Wpf (Eu) Katowice Clean Air. Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The School Complex No. 2 In Katowice. The Project Envisages Construction Works Including Replacement Of The Structure And Roof Covering, Insulation Of Walls Near The Ground, External Facade, Roof And Flat Roof, Replacement Of External Windows And Doors. As Part Of The Sanitary Installation Works, The Central Heating Installation Will Be Modernized, Including The Replacement Of Radiators And The Installation Of A Heating Circuit Distributor With Fittings, The Modernization Of The Domestic Hot Water Installation With The Replacement Of The Circulation Pump, And The Installation Of Mechanical Ventilation With Heat Recovery. The Building Will Be Equipped With A Photovoltaic Installation, Supporting The Buildings Power System, Located On The Roof Of The Building. In Terms Of Electrical Installation, The Lighting Was Planned To Be Replaced With Energy-Saving Ones. The Building Will Have Its Luminaires Replaced With Led Light Sources And An Installation Of Solar Collectors Will Be Installed. The Building Is Listed In The Municipal Register Of Monuments. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Adaptation Of The Facility For Disabled People And Applicable Fire Protection Regulations.
